Scarce cone top from the extensive Rich Bickle cone top collection; This can has had professional paint touch-up restoration by A. Ludwig Klein and Son, Inc. of Pennsylvania in the 1990’s. The can has been engraved on the bottom lid with the word “Restored” to indicate the can is not all-original. There are also some small dents and scratches.
